The MKSensation Xtreme is a natural extension of the renowned MKSensation plugin library, offering unparalleled sound quality and an authentic representation of the classic MKS-20 piano module. The MKS-20 sound has long been a fundamental component of the gospel music genre, featured prominently in numerous top gospel albums over the years.
Gospel musicians have historically relied on the MKS-20 module, as well as other vintage racks like the JV-Series and Motifs, to create intricate and layered sounds for dynamic live performances. The MKSensation Xtreme app encapsulates this rich musical experience, consolidating decades worth of modules into one versatile platform.
The app provides extensive control and flexibility with features equivalent to 8 Pure Synth Platinums. Users can fine-tune each sound slot's AMP, Filter, Control, LFO, and effects independently. Additionally, the app offers 8-insert effects slots with up to 5 effects per slot, as well as Global and Master effects slots for comprehensive sound manipulation.
Notably, the MKSensation Xtreme emphasizes live performance capabilities by allowing users to host their own AUv3 sounds and effects within the app. This feature enhances the app's versatility, enabling users to combine external modules seamlessly with the app's native sounds.
The iPad version mirrors the desktop version in functionality, synthesis capabilities, and features; the sole distinction lies in sound variations. The iPad version offers a singular main version of the MKS soundest for streamlined performance.
With a comprehensive set of specifications including 23,419 samples, 362 sampled sounds, and 74 presets among other features, the MKSensation Xtreme stands out as a powerful tool for musicians seeking professional-grade sound quality and performance versatility.
